  • What is BQH?
    Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is holistic heart-based consciousness exploration spiritual healing modality. BQH uses intention and takes an energetic and creative approach using elements of hypnosis to work with the multidimensional aspects of the person and access the Higher Self (subconscious mind, higher consciousness) to assist the client in self-healing and self-discovery. When we can connect in that way, we can obtain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the workings of the Universe. BQH was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, who studied and worked with Dolores Cannon. BQH is the evolved version of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique that was created by author and regression hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon.
  • What is the Higher Self?
    Your Higher Self is the highest aspect of you that can be attained and held in the physical body. It is your higher consciousness. It is the part of you that knows, sees, and understands at the highest level possible and the source of all your inner wisdom, deep truths, and knowledge. It has all the memories and knowledge of all parts of your multidimensional self and all of your lifetimes. It is you in your purest form and is the guiding force in your evolutionary journey. This is the greater part of you connected to the consciousness of Source/Universe/God/All That There is, etc., whatever label you attach to it. This is the level of consciousness that we connect to and access to assist you in a session. Because your Higher Self always has the highest good for you in mind at all times, the experiences and information that will come forward during the the session will be the ones that your Higher Self feels you are ready for to see and need at this moment for your evolution.
  • How long is a BQH session?
    A typical session can take anywhere between 4-5 hours depending on how much is needed to cover based on your intention and specific needs. I highly recommend clearing your schedule for the rest of the day to allow time to rest, process and integrate your journey.
  • Is BQH hypnosis?
    BQH is not a traditional form of hypnosis. It is a multidimensional and heart-based energetic modality that uses elements of hypnosis, meditation and relaxation techniques to explore consciousness.
  • Is BQH therapy?
    No, BQH is not a traditional therapy or counseling. However, BQH can provide therapeutic benefits to promote self-awareness and healing as the focus is more on the exploration of the client's inner self and higher consciousness.
  • Is BQH similar to past life regression?
    Yes, a BQH session can include exploring past lives to gain insights into current life challenges. However, it is also very common these days to not view past lives and it's more common for clients to explore other lives and other aspects that are not necessarily connected to the "past". Those include future lives, parallel lives, planets, other dimensions, etc. If your goal is on exploring past live, we can specifically include that request when we set the intention before a session.
  • What is the difference between BQH and QHHT?
    BQH sessions can be done online and various healing modalities, such as reiki, sound therapy, etc., can be integrated in a session. BQH allows for more flexibility and focuses on an intuitive approach to address the individual needs of the client in a session. QHHT follows a more structured approach and sessions are required to be done in-person only.
  • Is hypnosis safe?
    Yes, it is completely safe. You will not lose control and you will not be stuck in a hypnosis state after the session. Those are false myths commonly heard that perpetuate fear with the idea that one will be stuck in a trance state - not true! No one can make you stay in hypnosis. Your free will is always maintained throughout the session and a hypnotherapist cannot make you do something you do not want to do; you are aware, alert and your free will maintained every step of the way. You will be fully aware and absolutely in control at all times. You will have the ability to move your body, open your eyes and sense the external environment. You will be able to shift from a trance state of consciousness at any time; you can come out of it yourself. It can feel like simply waking up from an extremely vivid dream state.
  • What is hypnosis? What does hypnosis feel like?
    Hypnosis is a natural brain state and we experience this state of consciousness, they theta hypnotic state, every time right before we fall asleep and when we are about to wake up. This is a natural state for your brain and body and occurs more frequently than you probably realize. Everyone naturally enters a hypnotic state during the day when in a "flow state" or when "zoning out". You enter this state quite often than you may realize. Here are a few examples: when you are on a long drive, exercising, reading a book, watching a movie, doing something you love and being engrossed in it, working on a project, daydreaming, in meditation, etc. . Hypnosis is not sleep or anesthesia. You are conscious and in control. You will be feeling deeply relaxed yet highly alert and focused which allows you to achieve a heightened awareness as you are able to tune out external stimuli around you. Majority of people experience the exploration part like watching a movie play out, having a story unfold in your mind, or daydreaming a very detailed daydream feeling deeply relaxed with eyes closed. Once you are out of hypnosis and back to your normal waking consciousness, it will really feel like you just had an amazing adventure - because you really did have one! You may also experience lights, colors, hear or feel things, or simply just have a sense of a deep inner knowing. It will feel like an expanded awareness as you are very aware of both your internal and external environments and experiences.
  • What if I can't reach the desired hypnosis state?
    In BQH, we work at the level of the theta brain state. This state is a natural deep relaxation state that everyone experiences daily in times of falling asleep and when waking up. Think about the times you had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom; that is the level of trance we are working with. Hypnosis is not sleep and you are conscious , aware and in control. You will be feeling deeply relaxed yet highly alert and focused which allows you to achieve a heightened awareness as you are able to tune out external stimuli around you. Everyone can go into hypnosis to some degree and everybody can reach that state of deeper hypnosis. The most important thing is to be open to it and trust in yourself and have zero expectations about what you will experience and how your session will turn out. I have no expectations for what you will experience or how the session will turn out and I highly recommend the same that you have no set expectations as well. Anxiety may affect your ability to reach the desired hypnotic state. I recommend practicing relaxation methods or meditation prior to your session. It doesn't have to be long, just ways to drop into yourself and to practice mindful relaxation to help you to experience a deeper trance state for your session.   • What if I can't meditate/don't meditate?
    It's ok if you don't meditate. It's not a requirement for a BQH session. The only thing required of you is to show up! Leave any expectations behind and come with an open heart and open mind. Allow what needs to be revealed to you when you trust in yourself and trust in the process. With that said, can you daydream? When you close your eyes, can you visualize your home, car or people/pets in your life? If you don't meditate, you can practice by visualizing people, objects (colors, fruit, buildings, food, etc.) and places (favorite destinations and/or places you would like to visit). That will help you prepare for a session. There are other ways of perceiving information if you aren't visual such as smell, hearing, a feeling/sensation, or just a sense of a deep inner knowing. Trust in yourself that you will receive information that is appropriate for you in the perfect way meant for you. To further help you prepare for your session, I would recommend that you try a guided meditation before your session to help you relax, feel into any senses and to get a feel for it.
  • What if I fall asleep during the session?
    We are always in constant communication during the session so you will not fall asleep.
  • Is an online session as effective as an in-person session?
    Yes, absolutely! We will be working in the quantum field and you will be able to tap into it and receive the profound experiences meant for you from the comfort of your own home. Everything is energy and everywhere. You are energy and we are all connected as part of a unified field of energy. Many clients find it very beneficial and convenient to do this online providing a familiar setting to comfortably achieve a deeply relaxed meditative state. Online sessions makes it accessible to those spread out in the world who are unable to travel whatever reason. Online sessions are safe and you can achieve the same results as an in-person session. Being in a familiar and comfortable place will naturally help you ease into relaxation to move into a deeply relaxed state. If we get disconnected during the session due to internet issues, we simply reconnect again to resume the session where we last left off.
  • Is an online session safe?
    Yes. Online sessions are safe and just as effective as in-person sessions. If there is a disconnection for whatever reason, simply click on the same Zoom link and I will be waiting for you.
  • What if I don't believe in metaphysical concepts, past lives, reincarnation or God?
    That is totally fine and those are not requirements to benefit from a BQH session. Having specific beliefs are not a requirement for a BQH session. The modality is open and inclusive and your experience will be one that is unique to you and specific to you in your experiences, your beliefs and where you are in your life during the time of the session. There are no hard or specific requirements for a BQH session, but approaching it with curiosity and an open mind and open heart will be helpful in opening up to all possibilities and connecting to your Higher Self. And really, just trusting in yourself and trusting in the process. Your Higher Self/Subconscious will be navigating your session and will bring forth the experiences that you are ready to see.
  • Is OK to have a session if I had a previous BQH session with another practitioner?
    Yes, absolutely! Every BQH practitioner has a different energetic blueprint and different session style and approach. You may notice or may not notice the same process and script, but every practitioner is unique in their energy, in their approach and flow of the session, and in their energetic space they create for the session. It's absolutely fine to want to experience another practitioner and their style or if you want to explore and discover new experiences or lives and to delve deeper into questions or certain explorations/lifetimes you would like more information and clarity on.
  • I have a mental health condition, can I book a BQH session?
    If you suspect or have been diagnosed with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or similar conditions that includes elements of psychosis, a BQH session is not recommended for you. Please seek medical advice from your physician or psychiatrist. BQH is deep energetic work which could bring forward triggering experiences that may cause distressing and very uncomfortable experiences for those who are diagnosed with those conditions or suspected to have those conditions. For our safety, it's best to seek medical advice from your physician or psychiatrist. If that information is not disclosed and you move forward with having a session, I will have to stop the session for our safety.
  • How long should I wait to have another session?
    A few weeks to a few months would be a good idea to wait before having another session. This allows the time to integrate and process the healing and experience from the prior session and it also gives you some time to make any decisions about having another BQH session. Some people find that one session is all they need and other people feel they may need additional sessions to explore more deeply and/or gain more access to the Higher Self. It would really depend on where you are in your spiritual development and what experiences and information you are ready for. We are always in a different phase or mindset. After some time of integrating and processing from a previous session, you will likely be in a different point in your life, perhaps mentally, emotionally, spiritually or physically, and that will largely play in part to what you will experience in another session.
  • What kinds of questions can I ask?
    Here are some topics of interest that are commonly asked: Life Purpose - Discover or find clarity on what you are called to do to help move you into that direction in life Mental - Address any mental blocks or challenges to gain clarity and understanding Physical - Root cause and lessons to any physical challenges Emotional - Stagnant emotions, heavy emotions, releasing, difficulty releasing Health - Ideal diet, what nutrients/minerals body needs, exercise, body's needs for optimal function, weight Career - Switching careers, overall outlook, alignment with career/vocation, going back to school Relationship - Clarity on relationships, understanding difficult relationships, purpose of relationships Spiritual - Soul lessons and missions, special abilities/gifts, Spirit Guides, connection to guides, intuition, ascension and ascension symptoms Paranormal/Mystical/Mystery - Missing time, unexplained dreams, unexplained experiences Galactic - Starseed, Star Family, soul origin, mission
  • What if I am religious?
    Your religious beliefs (and any personal beliefs) are your own and will be respected and not judged. BQH does not discriminate on religious beliefs/identities and neither do I. This modality is inclusive of all belief systems, status, people and where one is in their personal journey. This modality is not intended to bring any conflict or challenge your belief system. BQH provides a safe pathway to access your higher consciousness to bring self-awareness and self-healing. If you are curious but apprehensive about considering a BQH session, I encourage you to book a Discovery Call with me so we can go over any questions/concerns and to see if a BQH session will be helpful for you. Another thing to consider and expand upon - if you are apprehensive - is to check if there is any underlying fear in considering having a session like this. What is the fear about? Where does the fear come? What are you worried about if you do a quantum session? What internal scripts are playing over in your mind that make you apprehensive? Taking a moment for an honest reflection may be helpful if this is a gray area and concern for you.
  • Will I experience something I don't want to see or experience?
    No. Your Higher Self always has your very best interest in mind and will bring forth the experiences and information that you are ready to see and ready to know that are for your highest good. The information will be given in a gentle way for you to understand.
  • Will I be healed?
    All healing is self-healing. Results vary for every individual because every individual is unique in their personal journey and where they are in their journey of life. I am simply the facilitator helping to guide you as you seek your own inner wisdom and inner guidance. It is your Higher Self and/or your team that assists with any necessary healing. Any changes you may experience after the session can be subtle, big or you don't feel anything at all. That's OK. Trust in that whatever you experienced is what your Higher Self wanted you to know and felt you are ready to understand at this point in time of where you are in your life. You may feel skeptical or question, doubt, or overanalyze what you experienced and the things that you said. These are not helpful as it denies any work and wisdom brought forth from the Higher Self. Trust in the process and most importantly, trust in yourself. ​ Whatever you experienced can take weeks or months for you to fully process and integrate the experiences into your current reality. Remain open to any shifts or changes. Your conscious mind may doubt your experience. Staying open and listening to your recording can be beneficial and helpful in reconnecting back to that high vibration, new insights, downloads or activations. Relistening to your recording can also bring additional healing in ways that cannot be completely understood but that at a soul level it does. Simply put, these quantum sessions are powerful and transformative in many ways that the human mind simply can't comprehend.
  • Will I remember what happens after my session?
    Yes. Again, you will not go to sleep. Hypnosis is not anesthesia and you will not lose consciousness. You will be deeply relaxed only. It is not required that you go so deep into hypnosis that you become unconscious. It is very common to remember your session these days as more clients are very conscious and aware during the session. It can feel like an extremely vivid daydream. Even if your conscious mind “remembers” the session immediately afterwards, it can, just as some dreams can, the details begin to fade from your memory, even if you had an “unforgettable” experience. So listening to your recording is very important to integrate information that came through that will also help to support and reinforce the healing work or life suggestions. In addition, further energetic downloads information may be enhanced by repeat listening. If possible, it would be very helpful and highly recommended to listen to your recording the week after your session. You will be in a high vibration for a few days after your session so listening to your recording at least once will help to reinforce any work done since the connection to your Higher Self was established.
